Questions We Get Asked...

We know planning a new bathroom can bring up a few questions – from timelines and design choices to what’s actually included in the job. Below are some of the most common things our customers ask us. If you have something else in mind, just get in touch – we’re always happy to help.

How long does a complete bathroom installation take?

Most standard bathroom installations take between 7 to 10 working days, depending on the complexity of the job and any extras you choose. We’ll give you a clear timeline during the quoting process so you know exactly what to expect.

Do I need to supply my bathroom suite or materials?

No — we can supply everything for you. However, if you’ve already chosen items, we’ll install them too. Either way, we’ll work with you to ensure everything fits properly and suits the space.

Will I be left without a toilet or shower during work?

We do our best to minimise disruption. If it’s your only bathroom, we’ll plan the schedule carefully and, where possible, leave basic facilities available until the final stages.

Do you handle the tiling, plastering, and electrics too?

Yes — we manage every part of the job, including plumbing, tiling, plastering, electrics, and finishing. You won’t need to organise multiple tradespeople — we handle everything.

Can you help me design the layout?

Absolutely. Andy will visit your property for a one-to-one consultation and offer practical design suggestions based on your space, style, and needs — it’s all part of the service.

Do you offer any guarantees or aftercare?

Yes, all our work is fully insured and carried out to the highest standard. If you have any issues after the job’s completed, just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to help.
